Conditions
You might want to know, the default conditions that apply to a photo shoot. We might agree on something different for some cases, perhaps for some price..
Location
The photo shoot takes place in our studio in Prague UhÅ™ÃnÄ›ves.
People
Only people participating in the photo shoot are accepted. Additional people get discounts though.. Number of photos and the total time remains the same.. Extras might be purchased though..
Selection of photos
Photographer makes his best effort to make a best selection of the photos. Since he’s an author, it’s entirely his responsibility. However he might take hints from the model and apply them with his experience in mind too.
Use of photos
Author rights apply to the photos, and they are owned by the author. To be able to use the photos with recognizable face or unique identification marks in any way, a Model Release is signed by the model. It’s possible to agree on some rules to apply.
Form of photos
Photos are delivered online in final 2D form, resolution suitable for 1m prints. The online download link is available 3 weeks from the delivery date, and the link is sent by email or social messaging on which we would agree on. Outages of the service are acceptable up to 10% of the time. Usually there are none. If this fails, other method might be communicated.
Prices for one person
The actual prices are a suggestion. We might agree on something different in the end.
Recoverable fees
Handling fee
The handling fee is not optional, it reflects time to process the order and hold a place in calendar. It’s due before the actual date booking. It will however be deduced from the full paid price – once paid.
Equipment safety
This fee is due before the shooting, on the day of the shooting at the time of contract signature. It will be fully refunded only in case no significant damage would be done during the visit. This reflects people often unnecessarily spilling liquids on the background paper, which represents not only financial investment. Do not worry about the expected usual wear – thus insignificant.

Prices are in CZK.. It’s not too hard to convert to EUR, every thousand CZK is approximately 40EUR..

Payment methods
It’s possible to compensate our time, investment, art and effort in different ways. Whichever we agree to, it should be done before you receive the photos.
- Cash possible CZK or EUR, even CHF, but for other than CZK, it’s gonna be hard to give you money back
- Card – we got a payment terminal, it only accepts CZK (what a shame)
- If you have some Czech bank account, we can produce a QR code to a wire transfer as well (they don’t come for foreign transfers).
- On a SumUp store, it might be possible to use a gpay online
- PayPal
- You might persuade me, that some service of yours is worth to barter
Extras
In addition to the conditions above, some extras might be purchased in place or later on..
Photos – digital
You may notice, that in time, we shoot, there would be more worthy photos, than above in price list.. If that is the case, extra pictures might be purchased.
Price for additional photo is 800 CZK.
3D Versions – digital
You might purchase the 3D versions of the photos under condition, that those are possible and good enough (photographer would be able to tell). They might come in two sizes. Web and mobile – fits 1250px each half of them, or full size (as the 2d delivered).
It’s possible to convert them to animated gifs or mp4, to create the wiggle effect without use of our Stereo Viewer plugin.
2500px version picture is 400 CZK, full size is 1000 CZK. Additional format to a 3D version is 50% of it’s price so a 2500 jpeg+gif would be 600.
Signed prints – machine
You might also ask us to deliver signed prints. In such a case, the total price consists of two parts: the cost of the physical print itself (usually produced by a trusted third-party lab and depending on size, paper, and other parameters), and the service fee including preparation, supervision, and the authentic signature of the author. The final amount depends on how many images are printed at the same time and how many different materials are involved. Each material should be test-printed to determine optimal tonal settings and surface response, which requires both time and careful evaluation. As a general indication, you may consider an addition of approximately 2,500 CZK per image on top of the actual printing cost when producing a single piece; for multiple prints, the average service cost per image may decrease.
Alternative handmade prints
If you are interested in the some alternative handmade prints (such as oil print, gum bichromate, cyanotype, resinotype, or liquid emulsion transfers), please note that these are entirely handcrafted processes, and their pricing reflects the time, materials, and individual work involved — naturally placing them in a different price range.
